  I only have had the opportunity to go to this Tim Hortons whilst passing through Cranbrook at about 2-5 in the morning. The staff is amazing and always manages to accommodate as quickly as possible which considering I'm going on a loaded charter bus isn't that fast but still a million times quicker than many other places I've seen

  This is not the best of the two locations in Cranbrook. Often order is wrong and it seems like they sometimes just don't care.

  Don't like the coffee. I'll grab a tea maybe but I come for the fast food donuts. They are however kind of spongy and not enough of an eggy taste that makes donuts more natural tasting. Good for meetings and an energy boost. The sandwiches and soups are really plastic pseudo-food. There is so much I don't like about it I can't take the time to write it all down. Plastic pseudo-food pretty much sums it up and I no longer buy any of it. EVER. I mean EVER. I'd rather open a can of tuna and eat it without water to choke it down. EVER.

  Every time we come through we are told no dark roast coffee. Yet this is THE BRAND OF COFFEE for Tim Hortons. Who is the owner? Please advise the Other location in cranbrook always has dark roast available as does any other Canadian location.
