  I miss the old a&w, used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, no matter which location I went to, but now I leave without being satisfied. This location was fine. Nothing stood out as going above and beyond, just a basic experience.

  5 stars in the realm in which it dwells obviously - not by international standards. But am I crazy or has A & W totally upped the game in fast food? Compare breakfast here vs. ANY other chain. The important things like the place is always clean - the staff are pleasant - the quality and presentation of food is great. Plus - who else makes a perfect rootbeer float?

  Can't get an order right if their life depended on it, also can't count and over charges.... blames customer if order is wrong after it's been repeated multiple times.... horrible customer service.
