  This rating is based on the Skylight Restaurant only. We love eating here and have always had good food and great service. The BEST Sunday buffet in town, hands down. You will not find a more comprehensive buffet, that could almost be considered a smorgasbord with all they have to offer for Sunday lunch. Open til 2 PM and NEVER runs out of food. Great mains, great salads and great choices of desserts. I'd eat it every day if I could but I'm sure my doctor wouldn't approve. And for the price, and quantity, you will not get a better deal anywhere, anytime in Cranbrook. The staff is truly excellent and a wonder to watch at how well they communicate and cooperate and the leadership is always hands on. The menu is great and is always good quality. Never been disappointed.

  We stayed at the Heritage Inn for two days while visiting my mom at the hospital and received a hospital rate. The front desk clerk was great, food and service excellent! The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. There was a dining area and lounge that served excellent food! This is where we will be staying each time we have to come!

  check out the little bear lodge down the street instead for 58.00. The cost for a room for the night at 9pm was still 120. It was may long weekend when we visited and they just happened to decide.to change the hot tub water which doesn't hear up for 24 hrs. They said we had a premiere room which was only different because they painted the walls and changed the carpet. The room was not very clean and the bathroom was not very nice. They even took the plug out so you can't have a bath. There are no elevators and u have to go to the front desk to get a key to go to the pool. The restraint and bar was also closed for the long weekend. The only plus here was the phenomenal breakfast waitress. This girl deserves a raise!!! She was very kind and sweet and came to.cehck on us more then a few times while she ran the breakfast area all by herself. Very impressed! The breakfast itself was really good also delicious cheesy eggs, fresh waffles and really good hash browns. No bacon tho :(

  Kinda wished they didn't religate me to the first floor. The breakfast is pretty decent though. The rooms are pretty dated. The AC unit is one of the loudest I have had for a hotel room. At least the bed is comfy and I can watch standard def TV...

  Really depends. The brunch is really nice and the lounge is fun too. I like the menu. The dinner waitresses vary and many forget my orders ? and chat up my guy? Weird but that's only at the heritage thank goodness.
