  Frustrating: given wrong information on how long it would be for a take out order to be ready to pick up-much longer than they said. Then the order was incorrect so another wait & the mgr was extremely rude when I wasn't happy about it. Also very expensive-a basic ham & pineapple medium pizza over $28. I will not waste money at BP Cranbrook again. Tried to give No Star but couldn't.

  One would think that a restaurant of that name would normally be quite good, and normally, it is. I have been to multiple BPs where the service and food were excellent but this particular location has not impressed me. The prices were considerably high for food that wasn't anything special. The portion sizes are just normal as well. The only saving grace for my experience was the service, which was friendly and professional.
  I recently ordered a portion of wings and a drink. The wings were poorly coated and quite greasy. The decor looked less then appetizing as well (the celery was browning and the lettuce bed was completely wilted. The price tag that came with this plate was excessively high comparatively.
  I have been hearing about similar experiences from friends.
  This being said, I may try this place one more time in the future just in case my experience was a fluke, but if i'm not satisfied again, I will be dropping my rating to one star.
  
  Update: I did try this restaurant again and this time the food was adequate, the service was good. The price is still excessive and the ambiance was nothing out of the ordinary.

  I've had to send food back a couple of times because it was either too stingy or its been cooked improperly. However, the staff have always handled it professionally and given discounts when necessary.

  By far one of the best Boston Pizza's I've ever been to. It's a great place to take your family and is a great place to watch games in the sports bar with friends. The food is good and the service is great.

  Great until kids came into bar side. As an adult I do not like going to a lounge or bar where children are allowed. Isn't the age 18 and over?
